You must have your order confirmation number to be able to return the product. You are eligible for the 90 day risk-free trial no matter what payment method you use when you make your purchase.

Yes! Our foam is antimicrobial, hypoallergenic, and dust mite resistant. And our pillow's machine washable cover is easy to clean. We recommend washing the cover every few weeks.
The Space Foam IceFibre cover is made from a blend of Olefin and Polyester. Our IceFibre cover material has been vigorously tested in different sleep environments, and is proven to be cooler and more breathable than other sleep fibers.
Simply remove the cover from the foam, throw the cover in the wash, dry in low heat, and put the cover back around the foam. We recommend washing the cover every few weeks. Don’t wash the foam.
Spot clean the outer cover and foam with mild detergent by hand only. Air dry flat thoroughly at room temperature away from any heat or light.
You do not need a pillow case. Some people like to use a pillow case to keep their pillow cover clean. Others love the cool feeling of the IceFibre cover so much that they choose to sleep on their Space Foam pillows without a pillow case. The pillow covers are machine washable.
Our pillows have a 15-year warranty. Your product has been made to the highest quality standards. The manufacturer warrants that this item will be replaced or repaired at its own option without charge if a defect in workmanship or materials occurs after the date of purchase, provided that the product shows no signs of misuse, is not ripped and/or torn, and the manufacturer's care instructions have been followed. eGift cards are delivered by email within minutes of your purchase. Once your code is received by email, it can be redeemed at checkout. As soon as you place your order, we’ll email you a FedEx tracking number and a link to check your order status, where you’ll be able to see when your order is on its way, out for delivery, and has been delivered.
We ship within the 48 Continental states in the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or any locations outside of the Continental United States.
